Anna Katharina Zeitler is a fine art photographer based in Berlin.
Her work investigates the nature of transition and the relation between dream and reality. 

She studied Photography in Munich and in New York City.
Between 2006 and 2010 she received five grants to live and work in Chile, Spain and India.

Her work was been awarded several times, most recently she was a Head on Portrait Award Finalist, a Moscow International Photography Award Winner and an American Photography Winner.

She has taken part in exhibitions at relevant institutions for contemporary photography all over the world including the Griffin Museum of Photography, the Lucie Foundation, the Head on Photography Festival, the Museum of Sydney, the Pingyao China International Photography Festival, the Indian Photography Festival and the Wiesbadener Fototage.

Her first monograph „ If you can dream it, you can do it“ was published by Kehrer Verlag in 2019. The booklaunch coincided with a Solo Museum Exhibition at the Munich City Museum.

In 2022 she was a recipient of the grant „ Neustart Kultur” by the Association of German Artists.

Since 2017 she has been teaching workshops with children and adolescents at the Berlin State Museums and in cooperation with various educational institutions.
